I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Our family of four stayed for three nights in a spacious and comfortable room. The location was perfect, right in the heart of a bustling shopping street. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, even allowing us to check in early. The room was clean, the beds were super comfy, and there was even a small kitchen area. a great experience!

The cleaning service could be improved as some guests have mentioned sloppy cleaning and forgetting to replenish towels.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of one of Vienna's main shopping streets, with the convenience of the U-Bahn station just outside. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options, and the view overlooking Vienna was simply stunning.

I also appreciated the free coffee and tea in the room. The location was perfect, with the underground station just a few steps away. There were many coffee shops and shops nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the main shopping street, with the U-Bahn station Zieglergasse located directly outside. This made it convenient to explore the city and visit all the main attractions. We also appreciated how close the hotel was to the Christmas markets, great to easily experience the festive atmosphere. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh fruits, bread, cheese, eggs, yogurt.
